These terms and conditions govern your use of Rezeerv, a reservation management system provided by Rezeerv. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Rezeerv, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our service.

Service Description

Rezeerv provides a reservation management system including booking calendars, employee attendance tracking, automated notifications, and related features. The service is offered on a subscription basis with monthly and annual plans.

User Accounts

To use certain features of Rezeerv, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Subscription and Payment

Rezeerv offers subscription plans with monthly (₱500) and annual (₱5000) billing. Annual plans include a free domain and save you money with 2 months free. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Rezeerv only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the service for any fraudulent or illegal activity, or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

Data and Privacy

We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your booking data and customer information. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

Intellectual Property

Rezeerv and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rezeerv and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rezeerv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
